The MYA Wellbeing website located at myawellbeing.com (the Website), and the MYA Wellbeing App accessible through our downloadable software application (Application) is owned, controlled and operated by MYA World Pty Ltd (ACN 659 411 702) (we, us, our, or MYA).

This Privacy Policy apply to use of the Website and the Application (collectively, the Platform) by you (the User, you, or your).

We are committed to managing personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 (GDPR) and in accordance with other applicable privacy laws.

We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is secure.
