    MYA Reformer Pilates is a harmonious blend of strength, flow and mindfulness. This full-body 45 minute class is your safe space, an open door for all skill levels from beginners to pros. In this inclusive setting with only 6 students per class, our expert instructors give you their undivided attention. With progressions and modifications to adjust to your own pace, you’re in control. Each class is grounded in classic pilates principles, focusing on globally strengthening your body with particular attention to your core, pelvis, hips, shoulders and glutes, while engaging the array of supporting muscles. This class is pre and post-natal friendly with modifications.

Enjoy convenient off-peak sessions guided by our expert MYA teachers through high-quality video instruction. These are not robotic or solitary workouts—you’ll be following the flow of a class, with others around you, creating the energy of a real group setting. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you can schedule each session around your goals—whether it’s strengthening, toning, or gentle stretching. While we recommend a few in-person classes first, once you’re comfortable, you’ll have endless opportunities to refine your practice at your own pace. Get the perfect blend of convenience and connection in every session, tailored just for you.

    Mama & Bub Mat Pilates is full-body pilates class where your beautiful bubs are part of the experience. This class is a harmonious blend of deep core strengthening, pelvic stability exercises, and tension-relieving stretches, all designed with postpartum recovery in mind. Expect an energising burn with use of pilates props and light weights to uplevel your workout. This class is a welcoming space for both pre-natal and post-natal mothers who have been cleared by a health professional to exercise. As for our little guests, we welcome babies under 1 year old or those not yet on the move. Please bring a play mat or baby lounger for your little one to nap, play or enjoy some tummy time. Our home studio isn’t pram-friendly due to stairs and limited studio space.
