Each program is designed to be an ongoing resource that provides you with life-changing tools to support your wellbeing journey.

Experience our programs your way, by following the weekly plan for each program or take a flexible self-paced approach. As each class is designed to be completed in a sequential order, no matter if you check in three times a week or daily – your program is the compass that brings you back to your pathway.

Allow yourself time to learn, absorb and repeat classes, as each time you may benefit in a different way. Repetition and reinforcement are the keys to mastery.
