The 14-Day Meditation Challenge is your opportunity to reset and re-define the rest of your year. By embracing the power of slowing down, you can let go of what’s holding you back and connect to your true nature, so you can navigate your future with clarity.  This online challenge begins on Monday 10th July, 2023.

What’s included

This 14-day challenge guides you with daily meditations and self-development tools to help you let go, find calm and gain clarity to navigate the rest of the year and beyond. 

  • Week 1 Calm & Let Go

    The aim of week one is to return your nervous system to a baseline of calm by meditating for 15-30 minutes daily. You’ll learn the fundamentals of using a mantra in your meditation practice to help you stay in the zone. Plus this week also includes a new meditation release to help you identify and let go of emotions and limiting beliefs that may have been energetically weighing you down, to help you to feel lighter as you move into week two.

    • Return to your natural baseline of calm by supporting your nervous system with meditation each day.
    • Identify and let go of heavy emotions and limiting beliefs.
    • Cultivate gratitude as a gateway to healing and personal growth.
    • Learn the fundamentals of mantra meditation.

  • Week 2 Connect to your Authentic Self

    The second week of the challenge focuses on re-connecting with your authenticity through a process of defining your personal values, and uncovering the unique beauty and gifts that are always within you - your authentic self. You’ll experience daily meditations, including 2 more new meditations releases, and use insightful self-development tools to create a blueprint to navigate your future.

    • Create a plan of how you can take aligned action in your life, so that you can live in harmony with your values and authenticity.

Start Date

The challenge begins on Monday July 10th 2023. Complete the challenge together with the MYA community by starting on this date, or at your own pace.

The challenge resources will be available on the MYA platform for 4 months until 10th November, so you start at anytime that suits you.
